Energy, a core concept in science, but a difficult subject for primary pupils. This session will give a framework for looking at energy and how it can be categorised into different stores, how it transfers from store to store and the law of energy conservation. Participants will have the opportunity to get involved with a range of simple activities suitable for pupils to undertake independently or in small groups, emphasising ready availability, low cost and sustainability.
